10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buy Eara and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, e.g., Renala Khurd], Pakistan.
