1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment clearance. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical address is required for all deliveries.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and the shipping method chosen:

These are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are subject to carrier delays and any customs procedures (if applicable), which are beyond our control.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For Domestic Orders: All prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable Pakistan sales taxes.

International Shipping Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Buy Eara is not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit by the carrier. All claims for lost or damaged packages must be handled through the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in this process to ensure a resolution is reached.
We pack all items with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 03110032072.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at 03110032072. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it, and you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
9. P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A street address is required for delivery.
