1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same original condition that you received it (with original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals intact).

• Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

• Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygienic, safety, or digital nature reasons, including but not limited to:

• Software, DVDs, CDs, or any product where the seal is broken.

• Opened personal care items (earphones, headphones, etc.).

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will evaluate your request. If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions on how to proceed. Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number.

Step 3: Package and Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and the proof of purchase. Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.

• If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email.

• Please note: The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times. This typically takes 7-14 business days.

5. Refund Amount
You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding the original shipping and handling charges. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us using the information above.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
